Client Obligations

By using Nabda OTP, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content
• Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy
• Keep your API credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not use the platform to transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content

WhatsApp Usage Policy

Nabda OTP provides a WhatsApp Gateway service. Your use of WhatsApp through our platform must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

You may not use the platform to send promotional messages without proper consent from recipients.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate WhatsApp policies or applicable laws.

Nabda OTP is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms.

The platform is designed for legitimate business messaging including OTP verification, order notifications, and customer support.

Website & Platform Use

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

Subscription & Refund Terms

• A 5-day free trial is available with no credit card required
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms

General Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nabda OTP regarding use of the platform.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of We Pioners LTD.
